- Cold outreach to ideal customers - 50 emails daily
- Building in public on Twitter - Gained 5K followers
- Focusing on one niche deeply instead of going broad
Challenges
The loneliness was real. Customer churn hurt emotionally. Watching people cancel felt personal.
